The experiment was studied using two different winter wheat cultivars Taishan23 and Jimai20. The former one has 9000 kg/hm2 potential grain yield and medium gluten, the other has 7500 kg/hm2 potential yield and strong gluten. The experiment was carried out at the experimental farm of Shandong agricultural university from 2004 to 2005, using field culture combined with pole culture and 15N microplot. The main result as follows:1 Effects of applying phosphorus fertilizer at different nitrogen fertilizer rate on carbon metabolism and consenescence of winter wheat(pole culture)1.1 Effect of different treatments on changes of nonstructural carbohydrate in rootAt the 120 kg/hm2(N1) nitrogen fertilizer level, supplied phosphorus increased DP≥4 fructan and soluble sugar content in root from 8 days after anthesis to maturity, and increased fructose and sucrose content in root from 8 to 24 days after anthesis, but decreased the DP3 fructan content in root from 16 days after anthesis to maturity and decreased fructose and sucrose content in root at maturity. At the 240 kg/hm2(N2) nitrogen fertilizer level, supplied phosphorus decreased DP≥4 fructan, soluble sugar, fructose and sucrose content in root from 8 days after anthesis to maturity, and decreased DP3 fructan content in root from 16 DAA to maturity. Compared with P2, during filling, P3 increased soluble sugar content at N1 nitrogen fertilizer level and increased fructose and DP3 fructan content in root at each nitrogen fertilizer level, but decreased soluble sugar and DP≥4 fructan content in root at N2 nitrogen fertilizer level.1.2 Effect of different treatments on changes of nonstructural carbohydrate in... |
