As soil inorganic nanoparticle (SINP) has some characteristics different from other macro-particle, micro-particle and atoms, it plays an important role in the controlling soil biochemistry reaction and has effect on soil microbe and enzyme activity. This paper studied the effect of SINP on enzyme activity, formation of decomposition material, convertion of carbon and nitrogen element, the ratio value of C/N in the organic matter decomoposition process and the effect of montmorillonite nanoparticle (MNP) on acid phosphatase agent activity. The results are showed as follow:The effects of SINP on several enzyme activities in the maize stalk decomposition process were deserved. The results suggest: The influence of SINP on enzyme activity was significant after the addition of SINP into the decomposing stalk, but the influence was various with the sorts of enzyme. All phosphatases activities were increased, and increased significantly in the initial and middle-latter process and the same as to protease. The effect of SINP on urease was an increase significant in the latter process. And the SINP obviously increased invertase and dextranase activity in the former process, and there was no distinct orderliness in the middle-latter process. The amylase and polyphenoloidase activities were mainly improved by SINP during decomposing process. The peroxidase activity was increased in the initial and latter phase, while it was inhibited in other period. The cellulase activity was mostly inhibited, and the inhibition in the former was significant. The analysis of corn stalk decomposing product showed: SINP significantly affected the corn stalk decomposing products. SINP increased the amount of water soluble organic material (WOM) including water soluble little molecular organic matters (WLOM) and water soluble humic acid (WHA) during the former period, whereas significantly decreased their content in the middle-latter period. And effect of SINP on alkali-soluble organic matters (AOM) including alkali-soluble flumic acid (AFA) and alkali soluble humic acid (AHA)in the former was different from that in the latter period. The SINP increased the content of AOM, while decreased in the middle-latter period.elemental constitution of carbon and nitrogen in decomposing product were analyzed : the total carbon content of WOM was no affected by SINP in the initial period. Compared with CK, SINP...
