| Screening of anti-TMV substances , as one of main ways of preventing and controlling TMV disease, offer safeguard for tobacco breeding and provide necessary condition for stable and high-quality production of tobacco. Aimed at sustainable development of tobacco, selective system of anti-TMV substances was constructed .On the base of investigation and study of literatures, this report used tobacco variety Honghuadajinyuan(HD) and TMV as research system of host- pathogen. This report studied on the anti-TMV effects of 17 kinds of reagents (including 12 kinds of plant extracts and 5 kinds of chemicals) in the laboratory and in the field having the resistance against TMV or the latent anti-TMV value which were reported in domestic and foreign. In addition, their anti-TMV mechanism was studied preliminarily in this research. The main results were indicated as follows:1. The results suggested that RG11,9625,CF204 of 18 kinds of materials belonged to anti-TMV germplasm resources. They might have anti-TMV gene.2. The anti-TMV effects of 12 kinds of plant extracts and 5 kinds of chemicals were evaluated. The results showed that honeysuckle extracts(1g·L-1)and catechins(1g·L-1) had good effects outstandingly. In addition, some chemicals such as the 33% plant activator protein (1g· L-1) and 3 % ribavirin (1ml·L-1) had good effects on anti-TMV when they were sprayed before or after TMV inoculation .3. 3% ribavirin(1ml·L-1) and catechins(1g·L-1) had the direct inhibition effects on TMV in the field, which were much more better than that of conventional chemicals "Viral A". Moreover, catechins also had anti- TMV induction to the extend, whose effect also was better than "Viral A" remarkably. Catechins could still control development of TMV disease after 8 days of TMV inoculation. 3% ribavirin and catechins had widespread prospect in preventing and controlling TMV disease and other plant virus diseases.4. In the experiment of TMV passivation, significant difference at 0.01 existed in effects of different reagents. Among these, overall effects of "reagent 3" were better than the others. The effects of TMV passivation with different treatment time 60min, 30min and 10min were different. The overall effects of treatment with 60min was better than that of the others with 30min and 10 min.5. Five kinds of the reagents changed the contents of MDA and the activities of SOD, POD,... |
