It had been thought that salt and alkali, drought, and chillness were the three most serious abiotic stress factors that could restrict the growth, development and yield of crops for a long time. It had been a great goal to improve the resistance of crops. However, the tolerant response was quite a complicated process. The varieties with good adverse tolerance had been prepared via transgenic techniques. While the principle of resistance response still needed further more study. Both isoenzyme electrophoresis and enzyme activity measurement were adopted to analyze the cells of leaves and roots of the transgenic plant--rice varieties resistant to salty and irresistible to salty in the study. And its tolerance mechanism was analyzed using the method of metabolism network with the above results. The experiment datum showed: The sucrose contents of transgenic plant was higher than that of wild type in the study and the contents of the relevant enzymes in the main metabolic pathway were also higher than that of wild type. In these enzymes of the leaf cell, the quantity of 6- GDP and the SOD were highly increased that is connected with the sucrose content, and what was related with the sucrose content in the root cell were the POD and the MDH. These enzymes all possibly were in the sucrose metabolism network and made key functions. Compared with the salt-tolerant group with the salt-intolerant group's each kind of enzyme content, it was investigated that the difference of 6-GDP and the MDH were remarkable difference. The results were made out that when plants were suffering survival stress, they mainly adopted two means in which one was to obtain the substance and energy that could resist the changes of environment by increasing metabolic activity and the other was to maintain the normal and steady niche in vivo and to speed up the cleanup of harmful materials to resist. Whereas, metabolism was a network in which every metabolic pathway interacted with each other. When energy and substance supplies were higher, the accumulation of harmful materials in vivo also reached a peak,...
