| The concept of the Life Cycle Assessment originated in the later of the 1960s.The starting Landmark of the LCA was the study on the coca-cola package which was carried out by American Midwest Resource Institute (MRI) in 1969. The LCA methodology has been gradually improve by practice in thirty years. In 1993, the LCA had been include in the ISO14000 series standards and became an important support tool for environmental management and product design. LCA can be applied in the development and design of the product, and can support the government to make environmental label to conduct the consumer's manner ,so the development and the application of the LCA methodology now has been widely interested by international society. In this paper, the LCA methodology is applied to from raw materials acquisition, manufacturing, use and dealing with after using, Based on the life cycle inventory analysis results, we identified the in every craft. Compared other productions, the Compressed Integration Substrate have light environmental impact. There is a little pollutant except very little comedo. Because of using this production, the soil has been increased organic matter, cultivated soil and decreased losing of nutritions, increased the yield of crop. Augment the fixation of CO2 and restore the environment. The factory produced a large quantity CO2, SO2 NOx which will impact environment because of using lots of electric energy and kerosene. The results of the LCA show that: using clean energy, improving workshop's condition, regulating transportation, reforming the production flowsheet and renewing the equipments can help the corporation to reduce energy consumption, resourse consumption, sequentially to reduce the cost;and also can help to wise use the peatland, to reduce the pressure of the mining peat to environment.LCA can be used to control all the processes throughout the growing medium's life from product design to product using to prevent and reduce the pollution, to realize sustainable development of peat horticulture. |
