It is a world difficult problem that the protein feed is insufficient, so developing compound protein feeds is one of the effective ways to solving this problem. The test is in Animal's Sample Garden of College of Animal Science and Technology, Agricultural University of Hebei. It regards hailanhe commercial laying hens of age of 30 weeks as the test animals, studys the effect of the compound protein feed substitution soybean meal to the laying hens on production performance, egg quality, slaughter performance, blood physiology biochemical index, blood hormone level, the body fluid immune level and the microbial in caecum to confirm the best prescription.192 two hundred and ten day-old hailanhe commercial laying hens in close health body condition are randomized into 4 treatments, with 3 replications per treatment and with sixteen hens per replication. The contrast feeds basal diets;the 1st, 2nd, 3rd are the experimental groups substituting the soybean meal of basal diets with the compound protein feed I, II ,III. During the test record laying rate, laying weight, feed consumption etc, gather egg samples to determine egg quality;Gather the excrement and blood samples to determine every index while testing finishing. The result showed as follow:(1) The compound protein feed I,II,III substitution soybean meal to the laying hens, comparing with control group, chicken weight is increasing, laying rate improve by some degree, feed consumption and the feed/egg ratio is dropping, but the difference is not prominent (p>0.05). Considering the economic benefits factor synthetically, the 2nd is the best;(2) The egg shape index, eggshell thickness, Ha-Fu unit has no significance to change (p>0.05), the average egg weight increase by 0.6%,0.29%and 0.07%,the RYCF rise to 2.47%,1.92%and 2.75%, but has not reached the remarkably level (p>0.05);(3) It has no remarkably influence to the utilization ratio of the protein, calciuim and phosphorus in the feed (p>0.05);(4) It has no significance effect on slaughter performance index (slaughter rate, half thorax rate, whole-rate, abdomen fat rate) (p>0.05);(5) It has not influenced laying hen's every blood physiological index notably , the chicken flocks are in normal physiological state (p>0.05);(6) It has no remarkably influence to laying hen's every blood biochemical index (GPT, AKP, blood albumin, total cholesterol , triglycerides , blood glucose , blood calcium , inorganic phosphorus) (p>0.05), blood hormone(T3, T4, TSH, progesterone) (p>0.05)and the body fluid immune level (IgG, IgA, IgM )(p>0.05);(7) It has the effect on improving the microbial in caecum. It reduce the number of Escherichia coli by 1.69%, 1.93%and 3.63% and increase the number of lactic acid bacillus by 0.63%,1.89%and 3.03%, but the difference is not prominent (p>0.05).Considering all the above, through test we think, using low-priced corn gluten meal, cottonseed meal, DDGS and rapeseed meal as the main protein source, adding right amount of synthetic amino acid, vitamin, microelement to equilibrium and strength the feed nutrition, can well formulate the diet without soybean meal substitute the one with to feed laying hens, and the feed cost is reduced by a large degree, the production performance of the laying hen is normal, the comprehensive economic benefits are improved. It is worth popularizing.
