Each year geoponic consume a high percentage of the world's energy in China. China is a big agriculture country and have more than1.6×10~9 hm~2 cultivate area in each year. Exploring new tillage machine and operate mode, reducing energy consume, decreasing the intensity of work and improving the quality of working is the research subject of researchers. And which means much to development of the national economy.On the basis of research of bottom plow and plow of high speed, raising design project and new operation mode to study a type of plow of high speed. The new type plow structure can lowered the futility energy consume by change tradition structure of bottom plow and operate mode. The operate mode reduce futility energy consume and resistance prominently. It adapts higher speed and broader speed range and keep the quality of cultivate area. Making use of field experiment, bottom plow is designed and improved. Because of market need and study trend, the 1LXGD-420 type high speed plow is designed by the knowledge of bottom plow. The feasibility of bottom plow structure and capability is test by field experiment between 1LXGD-420 type plow and 1LX-320 type plow. Working quality of 1LXGD-420 type plow conforms to standard of Shandong province, and which is better than 1LX-320 type plow. Such as cover ratio and fragmentation ratio etc.
