We selected species which are fruitful and obvious health care function from pholiotaadipose we collected in anshan and cultivate all grades. We studied mediums of the first, thesecond grades \the liquid ferments and the planting materials We seeked for growthcondition of mycelia and fruit bodies. We did basal mediums with corn seed and optimized and picked out the bestnitrogen ,carbon fountain, growth factor and original PH by the composition of mediumsdeciding the output of the mycelia with which we produced the mycelia and fruit bodies .In the article,we distilled amylose of pholiota adipose with hot water, depositedprotein by Zn(CH3COO)2 and K4Fe(CN)6,decolored by active carbon, took off small moleculematerials by dialyzing. In the end,we gained amylose of the mycelia and fruit bodies. The conclusion showed that the most fitable composition of original medium was potato10%,willow bits 5%,carrot 10%,glucose 2%, peptone 1%,KH2PO4 0.2%,MgSO40.1%,coltivation condition was 25℃,speed of rotated bed 160r/min,PH 5-7,cubage200ml/500ml,time 9ds.The materials of planting was bits of wide leaf woods, willowbits, bran, chaff, gypsum. Cultivation temperature of mycelias was 25℃ and 15—18℃ infruit bodies. There must be air and scattered light in the course of cultivation.
