The Selecting Of Low Poisonous Smoke And Plant Alcohol Distillage Influence On The Activity Of Citelus Dauicus's Cordis Cyotochrome Oxidase

In this paper, the preliminary study on prevention and control technique of forest rat harm in Saihanba Mechanised Tree farm and Yudaokou Ranch of northern of Hebei was made.The paper include two parts:filtration of the smoke and filtration different herbal alcohol distillage.The work of filtration of the somoke mainly develop different prescription and proportion of nonpoisonous or low poisonous smoke.lnorder to check up the effect of the smoke , an experiment of plant and animal about the smoke was done.In the animal experiment ,the test object is mouse.In the plant experiment,there are three ways:first way is the test of fading,the test object is china rose;the second way is the test of sensitive plant,the test object is seedling of horsebean;the third way is the test of physiological indxs,the text object is poplar. The fireproofing material of smoke was also filtrate indoor.In the experiment that different herbal alcohol distillage influence on the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase,choose the herbal alcohol distillage that more influencing on the activity of Citelus dauicus's cyotochrome oxidase,this is a new way for filtration of the rat killed druggery .The study result is showed as below:In the facet of filtration smoke, (1) Through the choosing work ,some prescription of smoke were eventually chosed,they are the advisable prescription,such as prescription (1) and (2) of CO rat killed smoke, prescription (2) and (3) of Two layers rat killed smoke and prescription (1) and (2) of Furan rat killed smoke.The prescription of Ammonium chloride rat killed smoke should be selective used. Some prescription should be improved,such as prescription(1) and (2) of Langdu rat killed smoke, prescription ? of Two layers rat killed smoke and prescription (3) of Furan rat killed smoke. (2) In the part of filtration of fireproofing material, 14 prescription were selected,in these prescription , 7 prescriptions constitutes simply,the making for the prescription is easy .they are optimum prescription.The others prescriptions constitutes complicated, the making for the prescription is difficult . they are the candidate for election of prescription .In the test that herbal distillage influence on the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase ,118 kinds herb were distilled to measure how to influence on the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase .The result was showed as follow : (1)The difference of herbal distillage influence on the activity of Citelus dauicus'scordis cyotochrome oxidase was analysed .The result show that their F value more than F0.05 ,it exist difference among 118 kinds of herbal distillage in 4 kinds of concentration.(2) In the concentration of 1 x 10-3 kg.L-1 ,9 kinds of herbal distillage restrain the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase,and their restraining ratio more than 50% .The 9 kinds of herbal distillage are Perilla frutescens (L.) Bntt.,Rehmannia glutinosa( Gaertn. ) Libasch.et Mey.,Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. ,Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.Ham.,D/c/fl/w?w5 dasycarpus Turcz ,Liquidambar orientalis M\ll.,Pueraria thomsonii Ben\h.,Cassia obtusifolia L. and Ligustrum Aic.In the concentration of 1 x 10-2 kg.L-1 ,3 kinds of herbal distillage restrain the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase,and their restraining ratio more than 50% .they are Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch., Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.Ham.and Pueraria thomsonii Benth.. (3) Through the way of clustering analysis , the result that different herbal alcohol distillage influence on the activity of Citelus dauicus's cordis cyotochrome oxidase was analyse ,and 118 kinds of berbal distillage was divided into 10 groups ,the first group have 43 kinds of berbal distillage,the second group have 12 kinds of berbal distillage ,the third group have 34 kinds of berbal distillage ,the forth group have 17 kinds of berbal distillage ,the fifth group have 7 kinds of berbal distillage, from sixth group to tenth group,they have 1 kind of berbal distillage respectively.
