| The article is mainly researching on the laboratory mesa type seed sorting machine that designed by DAMAS of Denmark .Basing on the structure of the equipment, it analyses the movement parameter of the mesa, draws out the law of the mesa's movement (asymmetrical reciprocating motion).The analysis on sorting mechanism mainly includes two respects: analysing in theory and verifying by experiment.In the respect of theory analyses, based on the movement law of the mesa, the force on particles and the distribution on the mesa are analysed. According to the distribution of the seed, the seeds are divided into three areas: nearby the front side board area, nearby the after side board area and the middle area. According to different areas, it analyses the force on the particle, draws the movement parameter of the particle. Through comparing the movement parameter of the particle, the orbit of the particles in different areas are describes determining the nature. Finally, according to force and the orbit, the impact on sorting result of adjustable working parameter (mesa inclination θ and rotational speed n of electrical machinery) of the equipment is explained.In the respect of experiment, the particles of the wheat are sorted preliminarily and clearly first, removing the dust and incidental, and received the supplies for experiment basically unanimous in size. Through choosing the experimental factors and experimental levels rationally, arranging for complete sorting experiment, a group of data can be obtained. Carry on the analysis of variance to the result, the impact on sorting result of the working parameter (0 and n) can be found out; Through the curve drawing with the data, the range of the parameters and the better value that down with sorting can be found out; finally, through non-linear return analysis, draws the relation of fitting between WPTS of the materials in either side and the parameter 0 (inclination of mesa) which directly affect the sorting result. |
