With the accelerating development of the society and the constant progress of agricultural science and technology, must realize only high-yield , high-quality , high-efficient modern agriculture with agricultural facility automatic measuring and controlling of environment can meet demands of food security , put forward high demand to agricultural facility living beings environmental information accuracy and automatic degree of control system dealt with to gather. Study the environmental control system of the greenhouse , the management mode of very networked modern agriculture based on control technology automatically, it is very potential.Among greenhouse environmental control system, environmental factor of greenhouse control contains the most direct influence to living beings, therefore realize the optimizing control of the environmental factor is particularly important in the greenhouse. Especially, the measuring and control of the temperature and humidity have been focal points in environmental factors of the greenhouse are being controlled all the time, but greenhouse temperature and humidity strong coupling and greenhouse temperature and humidity change feedback in monitoring system ,etc. problem get kind settlement very for a long time, it is not high to lead to control precision is low, energy consumption is relatively high, the economic benefits are relatively bad. With the development of intellectual control, especially the appearance of the fuzzy control technology, having opened up a new way for this kind of problem difficult to solve. This method can handle the complicated system of changing with time , heavy lagging behind and coupling ,etc. , can remove the coupling between temperature and humidity effectively .In this text, through singlechip and PC two part being common to act on, reach to optimize the goal which controls the temperature and humidity of the environment. The singlechip part is mainly to develop the software and hardware control system of the singlechip, measures the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse at first, then compare with the parameter that is set up , control relevant executive bodies according to the demand of the procedure after judging , convey the gathered temperature and humidity data to the part of the PC through the serial port at the same time ; The PC part receives the data of the singlechip, makes use of fuzzy control technology to realize the decoupling of the temperature and humidity, produce relatively accurate temperature andhumidity data, thus reduce the coupling relation between two factors, confirm temperature and humidity value finally, regard it as the basis of setting up the parameter further. On the other hand , set up the expert database about temperature and humidity of greenhouse crops, according to relevant data in the database produce the greenhouse optimizing control scheme some moment, then send to singlechip by communication module, finally singlechip is received to relevant data, sends control instruction to execute corresponding movements after the procedure analyses and processes.The computer is playing an important role in the control systems of the greenhouse, the computer mainly gives play to their strong operation ability to realize a lot of artificial functions that can't be finished. Greenhouse temperature and humidity control system PC part software it writes to be to adopt Visual Basic combine Access develop with good man-machine interface procedure in order to facilitate terminal station Users' operation. The whole system with two grades design of the singlechip and PC computer reaches to optimize the goal which controls the temperature and humidity of the environment.
