In order to research that immune milk can prevent and treat rat's diarrhea caused by bacteria, and can improve rat's immunity, we first set up a model which E.coli44210, S.typhi50089 , and S.dysenteriae51105 infected rats, and calculate it's 50% lethal dose(LD50).E.coli44210 group: LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 4.22×107CFU, believable limit is (2.11-8.44); LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 2.87×107CFU, believable limit is (1.46-5.67); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 8.25×108CFU, believable limit is (1.76-38.6); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 4.47×108CFU, believable limit is (2.82-7.08).S.typhi50089 group: LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 1.71×106CFU, believable limit is (1.05-2.78); LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 1.71×106CFU, believable limit is (1.26-2.23); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 3.69×107CFU, believable limit is (2.27-5.99); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 2.33 ×107CFU, believable limit is (1.60-3.99).S.dysenteriae51105 group: LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 1.96×107CFU, believable limit is (0.93-4.12); LD50 of 14-16 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 1.03×107CFU, believable limit is (0.67-1.75); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via oral-gastric inoculation is 4.30×108CFU, believable limit is (2.95-6.26); LD50 of 28-30 days old rats via abdominal inoculation is 2.87×108CFU, believable limit is (1.95-5.20).We chose standard bacteria E.coli44210, S.typhi50089, and S.dysenteriae51105 which can cause diarrhea as antigens . Pregnant cows were highly immunized with above -mentioned antigens. We collected milk and detected it's antibody level, then standardized milk containing antibody level 28, stored at 4℃.In the experiment of the prevention of immune milk for rat's diarrhea, experiment groups were given immune milk 1.2ml, 1.0ml, 0.8ml respectively, control group was given milk 1.2ml; experiment groups drunk immune milk 3d, 4d, 5d respectively, control group drunk milk 5d. In two hours after the last time drink, we infected rats...
