Through pot experiment with single factor randomized block designs, this paper studied the effect of two soils and three leaf herbicides on 34 different ecosystem type millet. By using clustering analysis, we can compare the difference between the different ecotype millet resisting herbicides after measuring the physiological indicators. The experimental results indicated that, different herbicides could inhibit the plant height and the leaf areas of most of millet variety, had promotion on very small number of millet such as Hongwuka. Prolnetryne(0.07g/m2) made most millet's POD increased, soluble sugar increased, evaporation rate and the conductibility of stomata increased. But 2,4-D(0.07ml/m2) made most millet's POD decreased and photosynthesis rate decreased. Flumioxazim(0.015g/m2) made most millet's SOD decreased, evaporation rate and the conductibility of stomata increased. Monosulfuron (0.05g/m2) made most millet's photosynthesis rate decreased. Herbicides can inhibit the level of chlorophyll at the beginning. The same herbicides made difference on the physiological indicators of the different ecotype millet.
