Study On Safety Aspects And Performance Of Herbicides On The Summer Soybean

This paper studied applicative techniques of herbicides acetochl, clethodim, flumioxazim, prometryne, metribuzin, haloxyfop and sethoxydim, respectively or mixed employed to soil or plant in the summer soybean by completely random design. In this paper safety aspects on the soybean and herbicides performance of weeds were carried on. The results indicated that, Mixture of acetochl and metribuzin employed soybean at the rate of 100+50g/667m² decreased density of soybean by the rate of 17.53%, in which lever of SOD and POD , transpiration rate(E) , the conductibility of stomata(Gs) were all elevated at some degree , which caused photosynthesis rates increase by the rate of 11.50%, and seed weight remarkable increase by the rate of 129%,which was safe to soybean and has high preventive and killing effect on broadleaf weed by the rate of 98.84%,and the grass family by the rate of 90.64%, It was a good deal to soil of soybean, flumioxazim employed soybean at the rate of 12g/667m² can not be over 15% to inhibition of density and crop height of soybean ,in which lever of POD was increased, transpiration rate(E) and the transpiration rate(E) have decrease, which caused photosynthesis rates increase, fresh weight increase by the rate of 30.58%,seed weight increase by the rate of 35.65%; flumioxazim made it decrease of broad-weeds' leaf area, the content of chlorophyll and fresh weight, which has high preventive and killing effect on broadleaf weed by the rate of 86.85%, and the grass family by the rate of 85.49%.Flumioxazim was a good herbicide of seedling deal to soybean. Mixture of clethodim and flumioxazim employed soybean at the rate of 35+6g/667m² had decrease to relative electrical conductivity ,soluble sugar and had remarkable increase to fresh weight,seed weight and the weight of one hundred seeds; and it had inhibition to broadleaf area by the rate of 58.84%,the content of chlorophyll by the rate of 100%,fresh weight by the rate of 92.02%and to the grass family fresh weight by the rate of 100%.Contrasted with flumioxazim, Mixture of clethodim and flumioxazim has higher preventive and killing effect on weed and higher seed weight by the rate of 17.1%, it was the best choice of seedling deal to soybean. Mixture Haloxyfop and flumioxazim, sethoxydim and flumioxazim, clethodim and flumioxazim(35-t-18g/667m²) made weed tissue absorb rapidly. At last weed wilted and died in a short time, especially amaranthus retroflexus was sensitive to them, and the rate of inhibition was 100%, the rate of grass family fresh weight inhibition was up to 90%,but the safety aspect to soybean was dramatically declined.
