These threaten people's health.In order to produce the green highgrade pyrus bretschnein, four key technologies and methods were studies.According to the soil fertility and fertilizer effect and the fertilizer need of pyras bretschuein, the best fertilizer ration for special use was selected. Effect of Fertilizer effect for special use (treatment 7) was tested; results showed that per unit area (0.667 hectares) yield of pyras bretschnein increased by 31-58.5%.Diseases and pests of pyrus bretschnein were controlled, this method includes agricultural method and chemical method and physical method. The results showed that commodity fruit ration of pyrus brestchnein increased by 10-15%, reduced the spraying pesticide frequency, reduced pesticide remain in the fruit.The soil environment and air environment and the irrigation water in the place of product pyrus bretschnein were examined. The results showed that the environmental elements accorded with the demand of environment quality of green food product.Pesticide remain and noxious element in the fruits of pyrus bretschnein were examined. Results showed that BHC, DDT, DDVP, Phorate , parathion, malathion, senitrothion , fenthtion and dimethoate were not found; content of Hg, Cd, Pb, As, Cr, F accorded with the demand of green food.
