| As the essential food crop , rice suffers from numerous losses all over the world due to many types of diseases and insects , among which rice blast is one of the most serious fungi diseases. This thesis deals with researches on obtaining new strains of highly resistance to create new hybrid rice with fine qualities and strong resistance to rice blast germ through backcross between the lysozyme gene donor—transformed ZH-9(R) and several general types 9311, MH63,288, E32 and PA64s.Specific studies in differences on resistibility and agronomic characters. The results are as follows:(1) The resistance of ZH-9 (R) is much better than ZH-9(CK) or these parent indica type rices obviously. Hybrid offspring were notably more resistant to rice blast than their parents. Offspring' disease indexes of leaf blast or spike blast and seed losses decreased distinctly compared to parents. Disease indexes of leaf blast of hybrid offspring from 9311/ ZH9(R) ,MH63/ZH9(R), 288/ZH9(R), E32/ZH9(R), PA64s/ZH9(R) respectively decreased by 2.08, 38.89, 28.19, 17.68 and 11.11 ;Disease indexes of spike blast and seed losses of hybrid offspring from 9311/ ZH9(R) , MH63/ ZH9(R), 288/ ZH9(R), E32/ ZH9(R), PA64s/ ZH9(R) respectively decreased by 16.82 and 15.55%, 19.54 and 10.21%, 7.59 and 8.42%, 22.22 and 30.49%, 25.25 and 40.43%. Evaluated the general resistance, transferring generations improved several levels from HS to S even MR;(2) In the 5 parent indica rices, Contrast researches among different parents and among same generation which is from different parents were made. MH63 showed the best resistance, 9311 is the next, the third is E32, and then followed 288 and PA64s. The resistance of backcross generations and inbred generations also showed the same tendency. It is showed that good genetic background is benefit for resistance of parents and transferring generations. In the 5 parents, MH63 turned out to be superior to the others in that its transferring generations displayed well and stable in resistance and agronomic characters;(3) The method of antibiotic and molecule detect can be used to screening and... |
