The Research Effects Of The Safener R-BAS-145138 To Chlorsulfuron, Momosulfuron And Imazamox

This paper presented the research on the safener R-BAS-145138 to protect cron from long residual herbicides damage. Using biology measure in the room, to study the sensitivity of different species corns to the three kinds of herbicides; to fix the standard curve of the three kinds of herbicides to maize and cucumber ; the effects of the safener R-BAS-145138 and BAS-145138 to the three kinds of herbicides to ALS and GSH on maize and cucumber; and comparison effects to the two kinds of safeners. The main research work concluded as following:1. To study the sensitivity of different species maize to react on chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox, it can be found the sequence of sensitivity that is Ping An 18>Dong Nong 250. Chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox had some promoted effects on maize at the low concentration, however chlorsulfuron had some promoted effects on the leaf aera of cucumber at the low concentration. At the residual quantity of chlorsulfuron<0.5μg/kg, monosulfuron <0.05mg/kg, imazamox<4μg/kg, the maize may be grown in the succeeding.At the residual quantity of chlorsulfuron<0.5μg/kg, the cucumber may be grow in the succeeding.2. With the increasing of chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox concentration, the root length, the root fresh weight, the plant height and the plant weight of maize and the leaf area of cucumber decreased. After chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox was treated with R-BAS-145138 , maize and cucumber had some promoted effects. Because the sensitivity of the root length and the root fresh weight to herbicides was higher than the plant height and the plant weight, the effects of the safener R-BAS-145138 to the root length and the root fresh weight was lower than the plant height and the plant weight. And the effects of the safener R-BAS-145138 to the leaf area of cucumber was very good.3. With the increasing of chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox concentration, the concent of GSH and ALS on maize and cucumber decreased, after chlorsulfuron, monosulfuron and imazamox was treated with R-BAS-145138, content of GSH and ALS increased much. And effects of safeners R-BAS-145138 to ALS was higher than GSH on maize and cucumber seeding. However change of chlorsulfuron was more obvious than others.4. The comparision test of safener R-BAS-145138 and BAS-145138 showed that the effect of safener R-BAS-145138 was higher than that of BAS-145138 on maize and cucumber. The compa-ration of 0.5mg/kg R-BAS-145138 and 1mg/kg BAS-145138, 5mg/kg R-BAS-145138 and10mg/kg BAS-145138, showed that effect of R-BAS-145138 was nearly 50% of BAS-145138 on maize and cucumber.
