The experiment was designed to study the feed fermented with different proportion of lactobacillus and saccharomyces on performance of growing-finishing pigs. A total of 24 crossbred (landrace*landrace*taihu) growing-finishing pigs were randomly allotted to 4 treatments and each treatment had 3 replicates with 2 pigs per replicate. The treatments were allotted with the same weight, sex and source. There were the 4 treatments:1.lactobacillus:saccharomyces=2:3;2.lactobacillos:saccharomyces=3:2;3.lactobacill os:saccharomyces=1:1; 4.control. On the thirteenth day of the experiment, 12 pigs which grew better in each pan were chosen to begin 4 days' metabolize experiment. The result showed: treatment 1 tended to improve average daily feed intake (ADFI)(p<0.05), average daily gain (ADG) by 25.84%, nitrogen deposed by 4.71% (p>0.05), CP by 17.37% (P>0.05) and decreased feed conversion ratio (FCR) by 21.82% (p<0.05); Treatment 2 improved ADFI (p>0.05), ADG by 22.83%(p<0.05) and decreased FCR by 14.66%(p<0.05), nitrogen deposed (P>0.05) and CP (p>0.05); Treatment 3 decreased ADFI (p>0.05), ADG (p>0.05), FCR by 5.54%(p<0.05), nitrogen deposed (p>0.05) and CP (p>0.05).The number of lactobacillus and saccharomyces increased obviously while E-coli and farinosus decreased obviously. The condition of increasing of lactobacillus and saccharomyces was as followed: treatment 1 increased by 19.03% and 16.43%; Treatment 2 by 20.18% and 10.00%; Treatment 3 by 16.35% and 5.71%. The decreasing of and farinosus was as followed: Treatment 1 by 11.98%; Treatment 2 by 3.92%; Treatment 3 by 1.74%. The decreasing of E-coli in ferment feed was more obvious and all treatments were above 30%. The result also showed that treatment 1 had more earned 29.29 Yuan on per pig, increased by 37.28%. And treatment 2 also more earned 22.07 Yuan on per pig, increased by 28.09%Therefore, it can be got a conclusion that to use feed fermented with proportion of lactobacillus to saccharomyces 2:3 or 3:2 both can obviously improve the performance of growing-finished pigs and get better efficiency and the proportion of 2:3 is the best.
