| The paper is about the effects of extracts from root of tagetes on several main pathogeny stages of watermelon by crude toxin of F.oxysporum or the toxin and extracts. It have been studied that changes of the content of MDA and proline, relative electrical conductivity, activity of root, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT), succinate dehydrogenase. The results of the influence of the extracts in different stages of watermelon by different treatments showed that the action of extracts made crude toxin of F.oxysporum have light effect on the watermelon , extracts inhibited mycelial growth of F.oxysporum, while it can increase the activity of protective enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) , peroxidase(POD) and electrophoresis analyse of peroxidase isozyme,and activities of root and succinate dehydrogenase. By the organizations slice of the watermelon, the extract could protect the structure of cell and organization. The results also indicate that the extracts of Tagetes root can decrease toxic effects of crude toxin of F.oxysporum all of the growing stages. Compare with stages of seedling, florescence and bearing, the watermelon had great ability of against Fusarium wilt in stage of florescence. In a word, the extracts from tagetes roots benefits on watermelon resistant against Fusarium wilt. |
