| Avian pancreatic polypeptide (APP) is a 36-amino acid polypeptide produced by pancreay. Most experiments showed that APP can accelerate diet, promote growth, modulate gastrointestinal movement and affect incretionary physiological function to animal. â‘ roughwrought APP was acquired by the way of Ca3 ( PO4 ) 2 sedimentation. It was purified by chromatogram with sephadex-G50.â‘¡Avian cerebella APPR was prepared by the way of centrifugalization. It is tested by SDS-PAGE. â‘¢The rabbits were immuned by APPR got from chicken cerebella and antiserum was acquired which was Its multivalent antibody. DOT-ELISA immunoassay show: efficiency of antiserum could achieve 1:640. There is not any else antibody in antiserum by agar diffusion technique.â‘£Its IgG was obtained by (NH4)2SO4 salting out and mixed chromatogram with sephadex-G50 and DEAE-32. Its IgG is purebred by SDS-PAGE. 182 broilers were randomly divided into 7 groups and each group is 26. I,II,IIIandâ…£test groups were feed with roughwrought APP by 0.50,1.10,2.20 ,4.40mg/.day respectively; â…¤and â…¥test groups were injected with roughwrought APP by 14,28ug/.day respectively; â…§test group was control group. 4 broilers of each group were killed until 14,28 and42 days. Their hearts, livers, spleens, kidneys, pancreases, cerebel and foreside, middle part and terminal of intestines were gathered, and enveloped, sliced up and dyed by the way of Immunohistochemistry SABC. The result showed: hearts, livers, spleens, kidneys, pancreases, cerebel and foreside, middle part and terminal of intestines of every group were positive. This implied that APPR locate in those organisms. Analysising of MIAS software showed: the magnitude of APPR was not marked between test groups and control groups. It suggests that the magnitude of APPR were not affected by APP in our experiment condition. But it increased as the aging.
