| The processing quality of wheat flour is closely related with HMW-GS to play a very important role on the improving of wheat quality. After purposefully choosing several typical wheat parents to group and cross, the F2 seeds were analysed by SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that: ①In the F2 seeds, HMW-GS are separated in accordance with certain rules. The ratio of Glu-A1a(1) to Glu-A1c(N) was about 3 to 1; the ratio of Glu-B1b(7+8) to Glu-B1c(7+9) was about 1 to 1 or 9 to 7; Glu-B1h(14+15) to Glu-B1c(7+9) was about 9 to 7;the ratio of Glu-D1d(5+10) to Glu-D1(N) was about 3 to .1 ②In the F2 seeds, the parent subunits are separated quite completely. If continuing the work of repeating the SDS-PAGE analysis of the single seed, selecting the purposeful seeds, and sowing the seeds, the more pairs of near-isogenic lines material can be stabilized out. ③The incomplete expression have arisen in Glu-D1d(5+10). ④Several 2-band seeds were occurred. ⑤Some seeds express only Glu-B1a(7). |
