Preliminary Study On Effect Of Several Opsonin To Activate Abio-phosphorus And Crop In Calcareous Soil

The fixed function that calcareous soil to phosphorus in the northern part of china,is the main reason that utilization ratio is low. The fixation of phosphorus in soil, is showed by two important function: The first is the sediment function of phosphorus chemical compound. The second is the adsorption function that soil to phosphorus. using soil opsonin can reverse the two courses, to improve the phosphorus validity. The paper study the activation mechanism and effect that sereval soil opsonin, such as weathering coal, furfural residue, bentonite, to phosphorus in calcareons soil. The experimental way is kidney bean's potted and soybean's field experiment. The experiment result indicate, that using weathering coal and furfural residue in soil that the content of total phosphorous is very high.The phosphorus validity in soil is improved obviously, but the effect of bentonite is relatively very less. In the treatment of using weathering coal, furfural residue, the content of Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P is improved; the validity that soil to plant is high, but the content of Ca10-P is reduced 56.3mg/Kg,51.6mg/Kg,that pliant is difficult to utilized; the effect using bentonite, is not obvious. The content of Ca10-P is reduced 9.5mg/Kg.In the coordinate using of soil opsonin and phosphatic fertilizer, the validity effect that weathering coal and furfural residue to phosphonus, bentonite is low, The coordinate using of weathering coal,furfural reside and phosphatic fertilizer can improve the content of Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P more than single use phosphatic fertilizer, slow down the change from phosphatic fertilizer to invalid phosphonus, in the treatment of using phosphatic fertilizer to weathering coal, the content of Ca10-P have no improvement on the whole. In the organism output and economic output of soybean's field experiment, the range of increasing production, that weathering coal add phosphatic fertilizer, furfural residue add fertilizer, the respectively increase 36.71%,36.48% and 40.57%,34.47% than contract, achieve very marked level. so rational using soil opsonin such as weathering coal furfural residue in calcareous soil, can improve the phosphorus validity and the utilization ratio in soil.
