As one of the massive infecting disease to fishery and fish in both salty sea water and clean waters, vibrisis is now only tested by physical investigation and vaccine checking, and cured in limited chemical, decreased and deactivated vaccine. Thus, the plenty usage strengthen the medicine bear of vibrisis leading much more difficult management and environmental pollution to the related area. Benefiting from its natures of green products, lower poison and least remaining of the Chinese Herbs and great expectation of application, it's to find the effective and economical management of the disease in two sustainable branch experiments. Experiment 1: to compare the deactivated vaccine after formalin, phenol and chloroform treatments under the different temperature. The pathogen was the type MV42501 of Vibrisis from the Lafeo-lubrax juponicus in Pohai sea of Shandong province. The result shows that deactivated vaccine of the pathogen after formalin treatment was zero, so it is better than that of the others under 28℃for 48 hours. Experiment 2: To study the effects of herbs to angurillarumz of over 20 Chinese herbs, compare the efficiency of the various chemicals so as to provide reference for better curing. The result show that four Chinese Herbs such as P.sepium Bun, H.cordata Thunb, Panax and Punica granatum are of repression effects, which is also a solid foundation for further research.
