Experiments on the key technology of factory-cultivated vegetable seedling has great meaning with increasing the technical content of vegetable production, improving the output and quality of vegetable and develop the vegetable production.The key technology of factory-cultivated vegetable seedlings include selecting the different nursery media, nutrient ingredient, tray and the relation between killing bacteria of nursery media and effect of seedlings' resistance to disease in the progress of solanaceous vegetables and cucumber seedlings culture were studied in this examination. The result are as follows:1. The suitable nutrient ingredient of factory-cultivated eggplant seedlings was: peat: cattle feces: vermiculite=l:l:l or peat: material of mushroom: vermiculite=l:l:l; The suitable nutrient ingredient of factory-cultivated cucumber seedlings was: perlite: humus soil: cortex humus soil=1: 1:1 or vermiculite: humus soil: cortex humus soil=1: 1:1.2. The suitable nutrient ingredient of factory-cultivated solanaceous vegetables seedlings was 450g carbamide, 860g KH₂PO₄, 500g MgSO₄, 700g CaSO₄, or 500g MgSO₄, 450g KH₂PO₄, 480g CO(MH₂)₂ and the content of microelement was as same as the current nutrient ingredient.3. The quantity of holes for factory-cultivated tomato seedling in summer and autumn is best with 128 hole and 72 hole , and should not with 288 hole.3.The sterilization of the substrate for factory-cultivated seedings is best with stream sterilization, it is effective to control the stock rot of pimiento in using 5% Zhongshenq mycin WP at the initial stage...
