The experiment based on double-low rape Qing oil 46 provided materials, total 21 treatments, these index was studied systematically by adopting the universal quadratic rotary experimental designing method at different fertilization standard:photosynthetic properties, accumulation of dry substance, accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and law of formation of yield and character.The result indicated that leaf area index, leaf area duration and accumulation of dry substance by fertilizing different quantity of nitrogen and potassium all showed as followed :treatment fertilized nitrogen and potassium highly> treatment fertilized nitrogen and potassium medium> treatment fertilized nitrogen and potassium low> contrast; oil length improved along with the increasing of fertilizer of phosphorus. nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content of ever organ showed that high fertilizer level>medium fertilizer level > low fertilizer>contrast.Fertilizing nitrogen was benefit to growth and development of rape( increasing fruit amount,prolonging leaf life, increasing protein content of seed), fertilizing phosphorus was benefit to raising oil length, fertilizing potassium was benefit to increasing stem wide and yield.Synthetical study result showed that: the effect of mixed fertilizer of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was best, which can enable rape sprouting earlier and more, decrease bear pods length.The rate of mixed fertilizer of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassiumshould be: urea:ca3(po4)2: potassium puriss=28.04 : 6.52 :20(kg/667m2) though DPS dealing, the yield can attain the highest 230.78kg/667m2 and the highest oil length 45.1%, production of oil can reach 98kg/667m2.
