Field experiments were conducted to research the rational application of rapeseed special coated compound fertilizer, the application effects of different ecological regions and comparison effect of controlled release between different coating materials of Xiangzayou1613. There are important significance to exploitation and utilization of rapeseed special coated compound fertilizer,promote the sustainable development of agriculture and improve agricultural ecological environment.1、The results of the rational application of rapeseed special coated compound fertilizer showed that:Coated compound fertilizer can obviously improve the yield components and increase the rapeseed yield. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of yield is rising at first and then dropped.The highest yield is treatment9(Coated fertilizer fertilizer rate of1500),which is reached2696kg/hm2.Through the production-fertilizer rate model fitting, when the fertilizer rate for common and coated compound fertilizer were1870.5and1611.0kg/hm2, reached the highest yield were1901.8and2164.9kg/hm2, coated compound fertilizer rate was dropped13.9percent, and yield was increased13.6percent.Comprehensive consideration the factors of production and economic benefit, etc, the best fertilizer rate of coated compound fertilizer is1350kg/hm2, the yield reached more than2100kg/hm2, and common compound fertilizer is1500kg/hm2, the yield is1800kg/hm2. The influence of fertilizer rate and coated fertilizer on rapeseed quality is not significant, the stearic acid,oleic acid, linoleic acid, peanut acid and oil contents of coated compound fertilizer is higher than common compound fertilizer.Too much fertilizer can inhibit the growth of plants, coated compound fertilizer can obviously promote the growth of rape, improve the yield components, especially for silique per plant. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of rapeseed nutrient content is rising, but the influence of coated compound fertilizer is not significant. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of nutrient accumulation is rising at first and then dropped, coated compound fertilizer can improve NPK accumulation obviously. The NP accumulation of grain is much higher than stalk, but potassium accumulation of grain is lower. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of fertilizer utilization is dropping, coated compound fertilizer can improve fertilizer utilization obviously. The agronomic characters, NPK accumulation and fertilizer utilization of treatment9are higher than other treatments, and NK utilization are higher than treatment9, which were show that increase coated fertilizer rate can achieve the result of increase efficiency and yield within the scope of suitable range.Coated compound fertilizer can increase photosynthetic rate values of rapeseed leaf,but the influence of stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and intercellular co2concentration is not significant. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of photosynthesis physiological and ecological index is dropping. Increase fertilizer rate can improve the content of free amino acid, but the content of soluble sugar was dropped. The influence of coated compound fertilizer on the content of free amino acid and soluble sugar were not obvious, but the total free amino acid and soluble sugar were increased significantly. The total free amino acid and soluble sugar of treatment9were highest than others. Therefore, coated compound fertilizer can improve the activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism.In the early growth period of rapeseed, the available soil nutrients of Coated compound fertilizer treatment is lower than common compound fertilizer, however, in the flourish growth period of rapeseed, the available soil nutrients of Coated compound fertilizer treatment is higher than common compound fertilize. Which is showed that the coated fertilizer can controlled fertilizer nutrient release effectively, to better meet the needs of the rapeseed of nutrients. With the increase of fertilizer rate, the tendency of available nutrients content is increasing, but the influence of total soil nutrients content were not obvious. The coated fertilizer have been less effected on the total nutrients content, but content of organic matter was increased obviously.2、The results of the application effects of different ecological regions of rapeseed special coated compound fertilizer showed that:In Xiangtang and Ningxiang area, coated compound fertilizer can obviously increase the rapeseed yield, increase rate is more than a10precent, but effect is not obvious in Hengyang area, the effect of coated materials A is better. In different ecological area, agronomic traits have larger differences.Coated compound fertilizer can obviously promote the growth of rape, the agronomic traits of lower fertilizer treatment were lower, there have litter difference on Coated compound fertilizer treatment. The influence of coated fertilizer on rapeseed quality and photosynthesis physiological are not significant, and there have little effects on different coated materials. The effect of free amino acid and soluble sugar content were not obvious, free amino acid and soluble sugar content of lower fertilizer treatment are lower, the same to total free amino acid and soluble sugar. Total soluble sugar.and free amino acid of coated compound fertilizer treatment were mainly higher than common compound fertilizer, but the difference did not reach significant level, there is a little precent of free amino acid and soluble sugar content. Coated materials B can promote more the activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism.In different ecological area, the influence of coated compound fertilizer and fertilizers rate on the rapeseed nutrient content were not obvious, but which could effect nutrient accumulation obviously, significantly, and the difference on a part of treatment have reached very significant level. Coated compound fertilizer can improve fertilizer utilization obviously, but the effect on Hengyang is poorer. Nutrient accumulation and fertilizer utilization of coated materials B are higher.Thete is larger differences on soil nutrient in different ecological area, the controlled release effect of coated compound fertilizer is different. In Hengyang area, the controlled release effect of nitrogenous is batter, the effect of coated materials B is better than A. In Xiangtang area, the controlled release effect of nitrogenous nitrogenous and potassium are obviously, but the effect of coated materials is little. In Xiangtang area, the controlled release effect of coated compound fertilizer is not obviously. In total, coated fertilizer can controlled fertilizer nutrient release effectively, when in the case of reduce the fertilizer rate there have batter effect.
