| This thesis studied on effects of different embryo metabolism modulators on growth, endocrine, antioxidation and laying performance by injecting doses of modulators including Vitamin E , Vitamin C and Procaine to breeding eggs of Loman laying hens before being hatched , which was provided as theory bases to apply in production. This research included two series as follows:Series â… : This series applied two different dosages of embryo metabolism modulator I (Vitamin E and Procaine ) to inject into breeding eggs of Loman laying hens before being hatched, treated group 1 and treated group 2 were divided by low and high dosage, there was not any treatment on control group 0. The purpose was to understand the effects of embryo metabolism modulator I on laying performance by testing and analysising on growth , laying and endocrine performance of laying hens. The results showed that:1. During 0-18 weeks of age, there was no significant effect on body weight. There had no significant effects on the indices at the age of first egg. During 22-31 weeks of age, compared with control group 0, laying rate and total egg production of treated group 2 were increased by 14.47% (P<0.05) and 14.17% (p<0.05) , There had no significant effects on average egg weigh. During 22-61 weeks of age, laying rate of treated group 2 significantly increased by 6.68% (P<0.01), treated group 1 had no effects.2. Compared with control group, in 60 weeks of age, the contents of serum triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroid hormone (T4) of treated group 2 were increased by 46.67% (P<0.05) and 37.14% (P<0.05), respectively. During ovulation cycle, the contents of serumestrogen (E2), progesterone (P), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) of treated group 2 were increased by 28.39% (P<0.05), 5.63% (p>0.05), 18.10% (P>0.05) and 9.78% (P>0.05) , respectively. The results implied that appropriate dose of Vitamin E and Procaine can increase endocrine level and improve laying performance of laying hens.Series â…¡ : Based on the results of series I , this paper studied embryo metabolism modulator â…¡ and â…¢ on growth and laying performance, hormone and lipid metabolism and antioxidation performance, treated group 1 applied Vitamin E and Vitamin C called embryo metabolism modulator â…¡, treated group 2 applied Vitamin E,Vitamin C and Procaine called embryo metabolism modulator â…¢, there was not any treatment on control group 0. The results showed that:1. During 0-18 weeks of age, there was no significant effect on body weight. There had no significant effects on the indices at the age of first egg. During 22-39 weeks of age, compared with control group 0, average egg weigh and total egg production of treated group 1 and 2 were increased by 7.93%(P<0.01)> 6.00%(P<0.05)and 4.60%(p>0.05), 4.43%(P>0.05),. respectively. Feed/egg rate of treated group 1 and 2 were decreased by 3.80% (P<0.05) and 3.80% (P<0.05) . There had no significant effects on laying rate and feed intack.2. Compared with control group 0, in 15 weeks of age, serum FSH and LH concentration in treated group 1 were significantly increased by 47.34 (P<0.01) and 35.10%(P<0.01), serum T4 concentration in treated group 2 was significantly increased by 38.74% (P<0.05) . There had no significant effects on other indices.Compared with control group 0, in 39 weeks of age, serum T4 concentration of Treated group 1 was increased by 28.65%(P<0.05). Serum T4, P, LH and Glucagon(Glu) concentration of Treated group 2 were increased by 72.79%(P<0.001), 10.03%(P<0.01), 24.32%(P<0.05), 12.14%( P<0.05), respectively. There had no significant effects on other indices.3. Compared with control group 0, serum and liver Maleic Dialdehyde (MDA) level in Treated groups were decreased differently, especially serum MDA of treated group 2 was significantly decreased by 15.64%(P<0.05). There had no significant effects on serum and liver Superoxide Dismutase (SOD).4. Compared with control group 0, yolk adipose content of treated group 1 wassignificantly decreased by 13.51%(P<0.05).
