| Now, methods of Droplet parameters measurement are traditional, for example magnesian board method and oil cell method ,their work are huge and waste time .Laser imaging technique measurement is precision and high efficiency, but its price is high. So, I think that digital image processing can measure droplet parameters. Firstly, Establish a system of PC in image collected. In lab, controlling spray pressure and sprayer velocity, spray Brillantsul Fuflamin(BSF) to silicon box. Secondly, pickup camera shoot droplet image, and are pretreated. At last, droplet and background are entirely segmented.Contents of this task are to count droplet, measure droplet cover density , cover percent, total area, average area, number middle diameter (NMD), volume middle diameter(VMD), and protract droplet chart. Now, the system have been finished primarily.At the same time, I investigate erosion and watershed segment for two or some conglutinate droplet. I analyse effect of their segment. My paper discuss tow methods(area and diameter) that they protract droplet chartFinish of the system provide precision , high efficiency , low consume , reducing pollution of circumstance of pesticide spray to sustain of theory and technique. The system can take place of traditional methods in measuring droplet parameters. It reduces manpower , material resource and so on. It improve the efficiency of work. |
