| Agriculture is the lifeline of the national economy development,agricultural aviation delivery mechanism is an effective measure to safeguard national ecological safety,aviation precision agriculture in our country is developing rapidly,Plant protection drones have strong adaptability,high operational efficiency,labor saving,resource conservation and environmental protection.Such advantages have a very good development space in the field of agricultural aviation.The atomization properties such as the droplet size of the nozzle and the coverage rate of the target crops directly affect the spraying quality of the liquid.In order to study the influence of different operating parameters of plant protection drones on droplet distribution,theoretical research,numerical simulation,water-sensitive paper droplet deposition detection,experimental research and other research methods are used to capture images and prepare droplets with high-definition cameras.The image processing program "Nozzle Droplet Analysis" of the atomization effect studied the effects of different operating parameters of the plant protection drone on the distribution of droplets on the plants.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The same working speed of the drone is different on the plant.Based on the analysis of the atomization model theory,the influence of the height of the plant protection drone on the droplet distribution is analyzed by analyzing the process of droplet distribution.Determine the effective spray width and the effective spray width of the UAV spray system at different working heights.Unmanned aerial vehicle spraying system in different work highly effective spray width,effective spray width range,and the results showed that: 1.5 m,2.0 m,2.5 m high gradient changes of the operation,effective spray width 2.57 m,3.46 m and 4.39 m,more rotor unmanned aerial vehicle for high rise,spraying droplets deposited on the plant coverage will be gradually reduced.(2)Different flight speeds of the same operation height of the drone,and explore the influence of the different operating speed of the drone on the distribution of the droplets on the plants.The results show that the drape Density value and the droplet deposition Coverage will decrease with the increase of drone operation speed when the UAV flight speed is 4.0m/s,5.0m/s and 6.0m/s.(3)In this study,the height of the plant was about 0.5m,and the distribution of droplets on the different sediment layers of the drone with the same working speed and height was also different.The corresponding test results showed that the spraying of the plant protection drone during the operation,the coverage of the droplet deposition on the surface of the plant layer from the top of the plant wil gradually decrease. |
