Cellulose decomposition microbes are screened and mixed in the straw composting. The experiment takes the following microbiology as resources: Aspergillus niger , Trichoderma koningii and Penicillium , which are bought from Chinese Science Academy Microorganism Bureau. This paper studied three microbes decomposing ability to different cellulose materials, the comparison research of cellulase activity of single and mixed microorganisms by solid and liquid state fermentation. The results are as following:1. The three microbiology can all decompose filter paper and straw powder, and the ability of decomposing straw powder is stronger than that of filter paper. T.koningii has the strongest decomposing ability to the cellulose materials, and its weight loss of filter paper and straw powder are respectively 16 % and 21 %.2. The peak of cellulase production by solid fermentation appears in the fourth to sixth day, and that of liquid fermentation appears in the second day, T.koningii has the highest filter paper activity, A. niger has strong CMC activity, while Penicillium is not the case. Furthermore, the cellulase activity of solid state fermentation is higher than that of liquid state fermentation.3. Optimizing the condition of A.nige enzyme production by solid fermentatiion, it shows that there are different enzyme production ability in the different cultivate condition, and it also shows that there is relevant between the microbiology cellulase activity and the cultivate condition.4. As cellulase activity of mixed microbiology by the solid fermentation, there is optimum between T. koningii and Penicillium ,the ratio is 1 to 2, and as the liquid fermentation, the optimum between A. niger and T. koningii and the ratio is 1 to 5.5. M5 and M6 are induced microbiology from T. koningii which have better cellulase activity than the original mcirobe. The CMC activity of M5 is 1.75 times, and the activity of filter paper is higher with 26% than the original microbe. Compared with the original microbe, the cellulase activity of M6 are both increased, as CMC 80% and 13% of filter paper activity.6. The mixed state fermentation are studied between the original microbe of T. koningii, M5, M6 and Penicillium. The highest activity of C M C is M5: Penicillium = 3∶1 with 1.65 IU, and the highest activity of filter paper is M5∶Penicillium = 1∶2 with 6.8IU.
