The Greenhouse productivity and cost-effectiveness is a key issue of the protected agriculture in China. The environmental management decides the greenhouse productivity. The supply of CO is a critical environmental control point governing the productivity for the greenhouse in winter.Based on a comprehensive study on the research reports and literature, a CO2 exchange and transfer model was then set up for the final building of a sunlight greenhouse CO2 model, taking all the inner greenhouse parameters including plants, soil, temperature and humidity, as well as illuminance, air exchanges and plant management into the model, with consideration of the current research progress in this area in China.It has been proved by the tests and simulations conducted in this thesis that the CO2 concentration model reflects the real CO concentration level in the greenhouse with relatively small prediction error. It also has been shown that the Organic Materials-rich soil is a significant resource for CO2 generation. On the other hand the air exchanges are prevailing the inner CO2 concentration level. It is surely suggested to pay more attention onto the air leakage control if the CO2 enrichment is conducted in a sunlight greenhouse.This research is only one step on the way for inner greenhouse CO2 concentration simulation based on the already performed researches and experiments on the world. It is cordially true that mistakes and further studies lie in this thesis and before us. The following points are strongly suggested for nearly further considerations of the Greenhouse Engineers: CO2 caused by air exchanges and inner organic material-rich soil respiration. And more important is the sufficient basic data for plants syntheses mechanism, which need lots of and long term of theoretical and experimental work.
