Effects Of Se,N P K Fertilization, Film-covered On The Selenium Absorption And Distribution, Yield And Quality Of Potato

By field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, the effects of Selenium,N P K fertilization,film-covered on the Selenium absorption and distribution,yield and quality of potato were systematically studied with Purple and White.The main results are follows:The patterns of Selenium absorption,accumulation and distribution in potato;The patterns of crude proteins,crude fat,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se nutrients in potato's tuber;Selenium fertilizer on the Selenium absorption in potato, K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn nutrients in tuber,the content of crude fat is positive,the effect of Selenium fertilizer on the field of potato is not evident;NPK fertilization on the Selenium absorption in potato,the economic yield, P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn nutrients in tuber,the content of crude proteins is positive;Film-covered on the Selenium absorption in potato,the economic yield, K nutrient in tuber,the content of crude fat is positive.And coordinative applying NPK and Selenium fertilizer is the critical technique to get high quality and Se-enriched potato. The Se-contents of tuber come to Se-enriched level at 0.1mg/kg~0.3mg/kg through foliar application of appropriate Selenium fertilizer at the critical stage.They can be theoretical basis for cultivated techniques to get high yield,quality and Se-enrichec potato.
