The processing technology parameter of calcium soaps of palm,soya,and sunflower fatty acid were selected using orthogonal trail design and re-decomposed reaction technology in experimental condition, then these parameters were further optimized in metaphase experimental condition. The degradability of calcium soaps of three kinds of fatty acids at pH 6.6, 1.5 and 2.4 after incubating 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h were tested using the method of incubation in vitro and the effect of addiing three kinds of calcium soaps of fatty acids on ruminal fermentation was tested when the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 5:5 or 4:6. And then, twenty-four early lactating Chinese Holstein cows were selected and divided into four groups in a pairing design to study the effect of supplemental calcium soaps of palm, soya, sunflower fatty acids in diet respectively on the performance of dairy cattle. The results showed that the processing technology parameter of calcium soaps of palm, soya, and sunflower fatty acids in experiment condition were: over-alkali amount were 5%, 10%, 5%, over-salt amount were 5%,15%,10%, saponification temperature all were 98℃ , saponification time were 3h,4h,3h, re-composed reaction temperature were 90℃,80℃,85℃ , the ratios of water to oil were 5,6,6 respectively; the processing technology parameter of calcium soaps of palm, soya, and sunflower fatty acids In metaphase experimental condition were: over-alkali amount were 10%,15%,10%, over-salt amount were 10%,20%,15%, saponification temperature all was 98℃ , saponification time were 2.5h, 3.5h, 3h, re-composed reaction temperature all was 80℃ , the ratios of water amount to oil were 4, 5, 5 respectively. The production cost of calcium soaps of palm fatty acid was decreased greatly, so it can produced on a large scale.The stability of calcium soap of palm fatty acid at pH6.6 (simulating rumen ) was better than that of calcium soap of soya fatty acid and calcium soap of sunflower fatty acid;The three kinds of calcium soaps of fatty acids can be decomposed absolutely at pH1.5(simulating abomasum) and pH2.4(simulating duodenum) within 24h, and the degradability increased with the prolonging of time. Addition of three kinds of calcium soaps of fatty acids was not effect ruminal fermentation significantly when the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 5:5 or 4:6. After adding 200g calcium soaps of palm,soya,and sunflower fatty acid respectively on basal diet the milk yield was increased by 10.45%,4.25%,4.76%( P> 0.05), milk fat percentage was respectively increased by 7.42%,8.54%,3.52%( P> 0.05) , milk protein percentage was respectively decreased by 4.67%,4.64%,3.35%( P> 0.05)and milk solids was respectively increased by 1.41%,2.67%,1.42%( P> 0.05) , fat metabolizability was improved. the economic benefit of supplemental calcium soaps of palm was increased to 552.05yuanRMB/cow·year.
