Agronomic characteristics, photosynthesis, dry matter accumulation, combination ability, insect resistance of sck transgenic rice parents and combinations, and heredity stability, segregation rule, expression characterstics of exogenes were studied. The results showed that agronomic characterstics/ertility, chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate of D62A transformated by sck and hpt genes did not change significantly in general, but sword leaf length, sword leaf width and panicle length changed distinctly, and the changes could not inherit to offsprings; 8 agronomic characteristics of C162 transformated by sck and hpt genes had great changes, but there were 3 agronomic characteristics could inherit to offsprings including plant height, sword leaf width and 1000-grains weight. Chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis rate and dry matter accumulation characterstics of transgenic C162 parents improved and could inherit to F1. C162S-1 ,C162S-2 and their combinations plant type improved distinctly also.Agronomic characterstics of combinations with C162S-1 and C162S-2 as restoring lines had not significant changes in general, but plant height, sword leaf width and 1000-grains weight changed significantly, chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis rate and dry matter accumulation of some detected combinations improved in general. Agronomic characterstics, chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis rate and dry matter accumulation of combinations with D62AS-1 as male sterility line and agronomic characterstics of M81S-1 as restoring line did not change significantly in general.The general and special combining abilities of many agronomic characteristics of C162, D62A and M81 transformated by exogenes did not change distinctly, but that of plant height, sword leaf width and 1000-grains weight changed distinctly. Insect resistance analysis in field and of PCRshowed that the resistance to rice stem borers of sck transgenic rice was not enough, but rice leafroller resistance improved distinctly.Mocular and expression activity detection indicated sck and hpt genes linkagely inherited to T11 by self-cross, and linked gene and expression activity of sck and hpt could be transformed to male sterility lines and hybrid combinations by cross, sck gene segregated by dominant genetic pattern of 3:1 in the F2 of hybid combination, but phenomenences of hpt elimination and transformation failure of sck and hpt to male sterility lines and hybrid combinations by self-cross or cross occurred also.sck gene expressed in transgenic parents and hybrid combinations, its expression had spatial distribution characterstic and additive effect in transgenic rice, and its expression was higher in leaf blade than in leaf sheath.
