Analysing the test about the relevant factor influencing rice green smut(RGS) occurrence. The results indicated that the major factors was rainwater weather before and after the breach and N-application of grain issue. If many damp or rainy days before and after the breach of the rice turn up, and ear of grain issue N-application constructs too high, they will aggravate RGS emergence. The difference of disease of among different rice varieties planting in the same area, the same topography is relatively great of stronger resistance varieties among them. The rice diseased smut happened lightly. Slightly difference of the degree that the same variety planting in rice of different area , different topography had come on, but it was not the main factor influencing the RGS happening.The effect of RGS on rice output was tested. The results showed: Output loss caused by RGS had certain differences. As the number of diseased grains increased, empty (not plump) ones increased correspondingly, weight of grains dropped again, output loss of the single ear increased. The higher the diseased panical rate in the field was, the larger loss of output of rice caused. But output loss degree of different rice varieties had certain difference.Put forward grade to go on according to output loss degree of grain because of RGS. Grading standard of RGS about variety Wuyungeng 8th was done. Output loss of single panicle caused by diseased grain for RGS, was regarded 10% of them as the hierarchical index, and divided the one several 1, 2-4, 5-6, 7-8, more than 9 of diseased grains into five disease grades (X).Had put forward the equation formula of the effect of the RGS on the output. Through statistical analysis, losing rate of the single ear of rice grain(Y) presented positive correlation with the disease progression (X). Average output loss of diseased panicle could be calculated by the formula, Y =-0.314+9.97X, making coefficient R2 =0.9956.The output loss of field = diseased panicle rate X average output loss of diseased panicle.Two kinds of high-efficient fungicides had been popularized and applied to great degree and corresponding technique of prevention and cure RGS had been screened out and perfected. By comparing effect test of preventing and curing the RGS with more than 9 kinds of fungicides in the field, two fungicides Validamycin A and Prochloraz out of them were screened as higher efficient, lower toxicity chemicals. Compared different result tests with the method of using fungicide and time of using drug, had proposed 7-10 days before breach to the rice, namely invasion of RGS spore, used drug to prevent and cure when it was in the peak period, the best prevention and cure result of the fungicide would come.Had screened out one new prescription for preventing and curing RGS. According tomany kinds of fungicides in the lab experiment, one new mixture, named Daoquqing, was better against RGS.Made a set of effective and integrated control countermeasures against RGS. Using this strategy, the RGS had been controlled effectively. New countermeasures of integrated control of RGS, namely popularized the better resisting rice variety, reduced N-consumption during grain period, prevented with Daoquqing before rice breach, or used fungicide to prevent during the breach together agaisnt other diseases.
