According to resistance the false smut of rice assessed to influence of 1000 seeds weight The genetic diversity of population of Ustilaginoidea virens was assessed with AFLP. The conclusions as follows:(1) The observation from the field showed that the early maturing varieties were more resistant than those late ones.(2) The chlamydospore are mostly factor for boot stage for false smut of rice. The study of increase of the number of chlamydospore, the rice more damaged for false smut of rice in the field.(3) There were differences of incidence of the disease among rice varieties in the differences filde at the last year.(4) Eigenvalues of the Correlation Matrix for different variety .The mostly factor is diseased hills rate in the light field. But The mostly factor is diseased ears rate in the serious field .(5) DNA patterns amplified by some primer pairs of the strains from the same variety were distinctly different in the different filed .It was possible that there was no specific interaction between rice variety and U.virens.(6) There was no sufficient difference among the strains collected from the area of the planting the single rice variety in the region. From the time distribution to see there has no influence to the false smut of rice variation in small scope term, the strains separating from same ages of the false smut of rice belong to the same big group. in the region distribution, the natural environment of host has certain influence to the rice disease heredity variation...
