The forest is a kind of fundamental resource for the living of human being. Though a great number of trees were planted after the liberation, they couldn't come into wood, and the coverage for forest in our country was still lower than those in developed countries. The main reason is that people makes a great concern in traditional forestation and lacking experts' technical guidance. This paper analyzes the type of field, solution for forestation and information on map and relationships among them, takes advantage of WebGIS and ES, together with existing technology and experience from forestation experts to construct forestation consultation system based on network.Theory of ES and GIS and real situation in related fields was first introduced. Analysis on the background for the system, evidence, technical selection, feasibility for constructing the system and the data flow was followed. Then the whole structure and function for the system was put forward. Based on the facts being input and map for subcompartment being selected, feasible forestation solutions were offered. Detailed implementation for ES and WebGIS was discussed after that, Knowledge acquisition card was designed to obtain knowledge from experts and literatures. After being extracted and arranged, the knowledge was expressed into rule. Incorporating with database, the knowledge base was established. Obverse and reverse reasoning artifice were both used in the system. Non-exact reasoning method was used to analog the way that the expert solves the problem and repetitive verifications to improve the efficiency of the system. ArcIMS map server was used to provide map to client to make WebGIS into reality, so intuitive service was presented to user. With this system, user can get map information based on subcompartment to make decision for forestation. And then a real verification was applied on Beizhuang district.Finally, what to be improved for the system was indicated. |
