Navel has good frash market because of its big size and good quality. Many species that have been introduce since 1980 are widly planted around south port of china .whereas, many factors, such as harm of disease and pest, pesticide pollution , and other physiological disorder can reduce pesticide and dust pollution , improve outside quality , increase ablity of eomption produce great navel fruitThis paper navel that plant in xinglin and Anhua county. Hunan provice as experimental matrials studied the effect of different bigs on navel orange through measuring innor quality , activity of enzyme .remaining of pesticide.The main results are as following:1. Agging can signicantly improve navel orange exterior quality and promote fruit development, under drought circumstance.2. Bagging can increase sour content of fruit, and reduce soluble solid substance and total sugar content, but the difference is not significant.3. Monotager black bag and double-layer black bag have different effect on fruit quality , but is not significant. Thus, mono-layer black bag is recommended for the cost sake.4. Bagging reduced the activity of enzyme companed with control . The activity of Amylase reduced 35.5% in rind , and 22.5% in pulp of fruit. It also inhibited the activity of PPO(Polyphenol oxidase) and POD(Peroxidase) . The PPO activity of B bagging fruits was 26.9% in rind and 27.6% in fresh less than that of control fruits .The POD activity of treated fruit reduced 15.9% compared with that of ck fruit.5. Bagging can reduce the remaining of pesticide the content of all kind pesticide in fruit were under the standard level.
