ISSR loci were mapped on the genetic map of SSR, 10 physiological traits whichrelated to drought-resistance were measured and their QTLs were mapped using therecombinant inbred lines(RILs) of wheat derived from chuan35050 and shannong 483.The main results were as follows: (1) 31 new ISSR loci were mapped on the genetic map with 94 SSR loci and 3HMW-GS loci. A genetic linkage map which included 128 loci were carried out. (2) Totally 5 QTLs with additive effects for 5 physiological traits were mapped, additive effects of QTLs were all come from Shannong 483. The QTL of superoxide wasfirstly mapped at chromosome 7B in wheat, its contribution rate was 34.50%, The QTLsof nitrate reductase activity was firstly mapped at chromosome 5A, and its contributionrate was 14.45%, 1 QTL on 5B chromosome was detected for stomatal conductance, itscontribution rate was 26.10%. (3) The interaction effects of QTLs with were very complex. Totally 31 pairs ofQTLs for 10 physiological traits were located at 18 chromosomes. These results indicatedthat interaction effects of QTLs are important for physiological traits. (4) QTLs linkage was tested between interaction effect QTLs, between interactioneffect QTLs and additive effect QTLs. 5 additive effect QTLs were also the site ofinteraction effect QTLs. These indicated that there are complex linkage relations betweenphysiological traits. (5) 2 SSR markers of QTLs were obtained and could be used in molecular markerassisted selection(MAS).
