With the unceasingly amplication of caprine cultivacation scale in our country,The sorts of caprine's disease are also unceasingly increasing.In recent years,a kind of new disease make great loss in economic and pose severely threaten to the flock of caprine cultivacation . When the disease occure,the caprine shows cough,dyspnoea and die acutely. After epidemiological investigation and pathogen inspecting,we find out that the principal pathogen was Psdudomonas aeruginosa(PA), Escherichia colibacillosis(E.coli) was the succeeded or commingled pathogen.The studies put amphases on the serotypes,biology characteristic, pathogenicity, drug sensitivity , development and application of thevaccines on the bases of having conformed that Psdudomonas aeruginosa(PA)was the principal pathogen, Escherichia colibacillosis (E.coli) was the succeeded or commingled pathogen. Accordingly to offer the theory basis for the prevention and control of this disease. This study includes six parts.Part I: Epidemiology investigation on caprine Pseudomonas arerugonosa disease After investigating on JinanLicheng, Changqing, Huaiyin, Huashan, Zhangqiu,Jining,Yanzhou,Zaozhuang et.al,11 different caprine fields that occur this disease and Dongying,Laiwu two caprine fields doesn't occur this disease,we find that caprine,goat at any age maybe infect this disease,moustly are 0.5~2.5 years old.It occurs moustly between spring and summer and between autumn and winter.It has not obvious periodicity. Feedstuff,stimulate,circumstance,management,contaminated by injecting vaccines,long term using antibiotics factors et.al,can cause this disease. Flat agglutination method was used to detect the positive rate of the PA antibody in blood serum in 11 diseased and 2 no diseased caprine field.The result manifest that the positive rate in 11 diseased caprine field is 100%,in 2 no diseased caprine field is 21% and 69%.It means that the caprine perhaps have infected this pathogen or taking this pathogen now even they look health. The disease maybe happens in case the breeding and management declined.Which shows that it's important to have good breeding and management conditions.Part II: Isolation and identification of pathogeny and virulence mensuration Using micorobiology method,systemical micorobiology diagnosis was proceeded to 11 diseased caprine field.After isolation and cultivation,observing by microscope,founding that the pathogen are two kinds of G- bacilus,They both have't spore and capsule,but have flagella.One kind of the pathogen is tubbiness and the two sides are blunt,it can produce water dissolved green pigment.the other is slightness and also have blunt sides.The bacterium colonies and the characteristic of the cultivation,biochemical is different.The two bacclili are finally identificated as Pseudomonas arerugonosa(PA) and Escherichia colibacillosis (E.coli) after the tests of cultivation and biochemical characteristic,ID32E API identification system and other tests.Through animal pathogenicity test,inoculating litlle wite mouse with single and blended 18h broth culture of PA and E.coli.(0.2ml/per).The little white mouses inoculated with PA and mixture are dead within 24h,and isolated PA and E.coli. The little white mouses inoculated with E.coli didn't die. Inoculated with E.coli broth culture which concentrated four times(0.2ml/per),died within 24h,and only isolated E.coli .The little white mouses inoculated with blended broth culture died rapidly than inoculated with single broth culture. PA broth culture inoculated rabbit(0.3ml/per),1-month chicken (0.2ml/per),all the animals died within 24h.Inoculated health caprine(0.2ml/per),it replicated the same clinical symptom as the naturely diseased caprine,and isolated PA and E.coli from the man-made diseased caprine.So we can confirmed that the disease is caused by PA ,E.coli is the succeeded pathogen or contaminated by PA and E.coli at the same time.
