Study On The Resistance Against Fuserium Oxysporum By Different Inducers In Colored Cotton

Preventing disease effective is an important application in plant protection and plant breeding .On the command of lasting agriculture development,the promising ways are inducing the plant acquired the SAR by inducer .Because of lacking the resistance species against Fuserium oxysporum,we screened out several inducers induced xinjiang colored cotton resistance,and studied its resistant mechanism .Using SA ,Fe++, oxalic acid etc,we induced two species:Xincaimian1 and Xincaimian3.Comparing the effect of inducement ,we selected 6 feasible inducers:single inducer SA, Fe++,phosphate,Mg++,and mixture inducer SA- Fe++,SA- Mg++.Then we searched the effect on inducement and challenge of different resistance substance.The result showed :Great change have taken place in the content of relatively resistance substance after inducement and challenge.There are three parts.(1) the content of chlorophyll and activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)in contrast to control have remarkably increased .And,Xincaimian1,a resistant cultivar,showed a higher increasing rate of them than a susceptible cultivar,Xincaimian3.(2)As the elimination of active oxygen ,activity of catalase(CAT) has decreased,which promoted the early resistant reaction and accumulated active oxygen.And the resistant cultivar showed a higher and earlier increasing than the susceptible.(3)After inducement ,the change of SA,which is possible signal in SAR,can be detected in two varities of colored cotton..With the increasing of content of SA, pathogenesis-related-proteins(PR Proteins) were induced,which can promote the resistance of colored cotton.From above,it is feasible that inducer can increase the resistance against Fuserium oxysporum. The effect of mixture inducers was much better than single ones among the six kinds of inducer.
