| The methods of theory analysis and experimentation are applied in the study. First, to analyze the volatilization reason and influencing factor of VOCs, and to determine composition and content by experimentation, and the influencing degree of drying temperature and initial MC for VOCs. According to theory analysis and experimentation, the relationship of drying temperature and initial MC is established, and finally prevention measure is put forward .The main conclusions can be described as the following:Firstly, the composition of VOCs includes Terpenes, Alcohols, Aromatic and Derivatives, Aldehydes, Ketones and Derivatines and Sataproportiond Hydrocabons. The proportion of Aldehydes, Ketones and Derivatines is maximal, following to Terpenes, Aromatic and Derivatives, Alcohols, the proportion of Satarated Hydrocabons is minimal.Secondly, the regression equation of content and drying temperature and initial MC is H= -871.92+10.45T+837.45W(H-volatilization, T-temperature, W-initial MC). It shows the linearity connection between content and drying temperature and initial MC. it is found that the influencing degree of drying temperature and initial MC is more prominent to the volatilization of VOCs of Larix Gmelini Rupr-wood During Drying. When drying temperature is 70C-100C and initial MC is 30%-60%, the content of VOCs is mainly affected by initial MC. The influencing degree of initial MC is more than drying temperature.Thirdly, the volatilization reason of VOCs includes wood decomposes and Extracts of Larix gmelinii Rupr volatilized. The volatilization of Extracts is main reason.Forthly, the kind of VOCs is different under different drying temperature and initial MC.Fifthly, the volatilization of VOCs have time domino offect. With time prolong, the content would be smaller and smaller and till reach some invariableness value. VOCs released easily from wood if drying temperature raises and initial MC increases.Sixth, the drying craftwork of reducing the volatilization of VOCs. First, the low initial MC can reduce volatilization of VOCs. Second, due to the prominent influence of initial MC, wood should been dried in air before kiln drying to reduce the initial MC.The main originality can be described as the following:Firstly, the collection equipment of VOCs is designed, it is combined with wood drying equipment to form the intact wood drying and collection of gas equipment. This equipment fit the study of VOCs during wood drying.Secondly, some overseas study consider that the component of VOCs mainly include Terpenes during softwood drying, but this study indicates that the component of VOCs mainly include Aldehydes, Ketones and Derivatines during Larix Gmelini Rupr-wood drying.Thirdly, the drying craftwork is put forward to reduce volatilization of VOCs during wood drying. |
