The traditional conventional steam drying exhaust more heat and not friendly to the environment. The high-temperature dehumidification combined with conventional steam wood drying take advantage of both and avoids their weaknesses. The combined drying technology innovation and development is in line with international trends. At present, the study and application on conventional steam with medium-temperature dehumidification drying is preparatory, but the optimization of high-temperature dehumidification with conventional steam still have a blank. The research on high-temperature dehumidification combined with conventional steam wood drying have more valuable industrial applications.By figuring out consumption of every ethnics phases of conventional steam drying and dehumidification, through analysis of figures, it finds out the optimum condition of conventional steam and high-temperature dehumidification drying, it is that pre-heat is used by wet steam, that at evaporation phase, from initial moisture of wood to 22 percent, energy is recycled by dehumidification .At rest of time, drying is used by conventional steam drying. The high-temperature dehumidification combined with conventional steam drying was applied in industrial test on the above condition. This condition made on the basis. The refrigeration used in the high-temperature dehumidification machine was made by the Tsinghua University named HTR01.The temperature can be achieved to 86 degrees stability, the highest to 90 degrees. Through analysis of test data to identify the optimum condition of the high temperature dehumidification combined with conventional steam wood drying: The dehumidification machine was used from the initial to the moisture of 20% that at evaporation phase, from initial moisture of wood to 19 percent of moisture, energy is recycled by dehumidification, and that under 20 percent of moisture, drying is used by conventional steam and moisture exhausts by vent. This number is almost right with the number calculated in theory. It is saving about one day in contrast with conventional wood drying and more energy was saved too. The wood color is closer to its natural color. The superiority of combined wood drying was seen from all above. The main innovations of this paper are:First, the time to exhaust the wet air was calculated theoretically, software was designed to help find the parameters of wet air;Second: It is proved from the theoretical calculation, the energy recycled from the dehumidification is 2.67 times more than the conventional steam drying, in amount of 59.3% with the...
