The ratio of intruding by four VAM to Anneniaca seedling increases with the time prolonging under the normal condition , but the time appeared are different to this and at that time between VAM the difference is notable. By the end of the trial the ratio of intruding for Gm, Gs, Gi and Gv are 94%,92%,74% and 71%.All of the four VAM can promove the Anneniaca seedling to grow better than the non-mycorrhiza. It shown that the ratio and role of promoting growth is parallel.The amount to the Pn,Tr,the Chl ,the diameter of stem and the suttle inoculated are more than the CK at the same condition and the growth of plant can be improved largdly,but the flow of leaf water ,RWC, free-Pro, soluble sugars, activity of SOD and MDA are indistinctive. In the four VAM, the strains of Gm and Gs are more than ones of Gv and Gi.Under the condition of drought stress, the treatment inoculated can lighten the disadvantageous effects and keep the upper in the flow of leaf water, RWC, Pn, Tr, Chl and reduce the free-Pro and soluble sugars and slower the course of over-oxidation action of lipids in the cell and knock down the activity of SOD and postpone the time to survive in the condition of drought intimidating, through this the endurance and the growth of plant can be improved. Above all, in the four VAM, the treatment by Gm and Gs are more than ones by Gv and Gi..Under the condition of the water contain of soil during 30%~40% stress the difference of the physiological and biochemical index and growth between the treatment by inoculating mycorrhizas and non-mycorrhizas are inapparent.It shown that it is nonsensical in bad-environment and improving the growth for the Anneniaca seedling to inoculate the four mycorrhizas.
