A noxious plant, Kochia Scoparia (L.) Schrad was investigated for itsacarocidal activity against Tetranychus urticae Koch. Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) and Tetranychus viennensis Zacher, threeserious kind of mites of many crops including apple trees,vegetable andeconomic crops in china. Primary mechanism was investigated through thechanges of several enzyme. And the crude extraction was separated byliquid-liquid distribution and purified through column chromatograghy, Theresults indicated: 1 To Tetranychus urticae Koch, three substances extracted by petroleum ether,chloroform and methanol have a certain acarocidalactivity. And the chloroform extraction was the highest activity. Theemendation mortality was 95.95 percent dealt with the concentration of 50mg dry powder per milliliter. 2 After distilled by several methods, we find the rate of immersed in warm water was the highest. And the rate of immersed in ultrasonic was higher than that of immersed in cold water. But they have no evident discrepancy of acarocidal activity against Tetranychus urticae Koch. 3 the crude extraction was separated by liquid-liquid distribution.The leach rate of chloroform was the highest(98.13 percent), and thispart appeared a strong acarocidal activity, LC50 value was 0.8086 mgextract/ ml with Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval),and 0.4914 extract/ml with Tetranychus urticae Koch.. The ethyl acctoacetate part and the water part have a certain acarocidal activity, but these activitywas lower than that of chloroform part. 4 By column chromatograghy, the chloroform part was separated by11 part. And the activity of part 9 was the strongest activity. Particularly the 3地肤提取物的杀螨活性及其作用机理的研究LC50 value of F9 reached 0.3903mg frs/ml, which activity was very strongthat was 1.53 times against F8. the substance in F9 need fartherinvestigation. 5 the activities of chloroform part and F9 was little activity against the eggs of Tetranychus urticae Koch. To the reason, we think the medicament can not reached the shell of eggs. 6 Every concentration of the crude have infection of the egg growth of Tetranychus urticae Koch. The higher concentration, the more violence restrain.The result of reproduce ability showed that the crude have violent infection against the female mite. and the higher concentration, the more violence restrain. 7 Primary mechanism indicated:The crude could cause the fast reactionof the enzymes inside the mites. Before 8h, the enzymes were changedvariely. It could stir up to counteract poison such as GSTS and CarE, makemites declined poison through water solution, the group transfer etc.; But thecrude can restraint the target enzymes activity more strongly. For exampleCa2+- ATP enzyme . Based on the result, the extraction of plant material, the acarocidalactivity of the extraction, the separation and purification of plant material, themechanism, the problem and the foreground was discussed in this paper.
