By using traditional and modem Technology , the author systemically study the physiological indexes of Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey : Growth Dynamics,Cold-resistance , Light Intensity, Water, Nutrient Adsorption and Rapid Propagation under the condition of open cultivation , and then get 20 excellent varieties through 80 introduction varieties , which can be used for application cultivation in the cold area of Ha'er bin. Summarize auxiliary technology for operational propagation cultivation on quantification to prove the scientific ground for development and cultivation of Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey in the cold area. By the experiment we can draw the conclusion that Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey has many advantages such as low-temperature tolerance, long blooming period, beautiful flower color, graceful flower pose, various varieties and good adaptability ,so it is the excellent open perennial-root flower in North China with important application value.Firstly, integrate field observation with all plant growth physiological indexes observation. Use statistical method to analyses experimental data and atmospheric data. Summarize its growth regulation in ha'er bin to bring forward corresponding planting measure to prove basic data for reasonable application of Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey.At the same time this study is closely and deeply with production. Especially in water and nutrient absorption study, the author use modern atom absorption spectrophotometry. By mensurating the dynamic change of mineral nutrient and water component of Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey for diverse varieties or the same variety at the different stage of growth, we can see that Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey has different need of mineral nutrient and water at the different stage of growth. The regulation is that :the order of Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey nutrient absorption concentration at the stage of growth is K>N>Ca >Mg>P; at procreation stage is N>K >Ca>Mg; at wilt stage is K>Ca>N>P>Mg or N> K>Ca>Mg. Different Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey varieties have little difference at the absorption level of microelement Cu which decrease at the stage of growth, and at the stage of relative nutrient growth it reduce 27.7%-43.4%. Microelements such as Fe, Mn and Zn have great difference at absorption level: the most prominence is Mn ,which average level is 16.13%~51.03%ug/g. Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey shows little difference of absorption level of Mn and Zn at different growth stage. Fe increase dramatically which average value at relative nutrient growth stage is 348.52ug/g. At the beginning of growth the absorption level of Cu is high then to decrease, which average decrease value is 26.07% at relative nutrient growth stage. Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey shows great difference in water absorption at different growth stage, which highest value appears at the nutrient growth stage, and the lowest value appears at procreation growth stage. The conclusion can prove a scientific ground for reasonable establishment the Hemerocalliss middendorfii Trautv.et Mey flow of fertilization, irrigation and other cultivation technology.
