Today's successful breeding of tow-line hybrid rice and its popularization is another great achievement that we all take pride of out country's agricultural scientific research. The sterility sensi ti ve phase of the Thermo-sensitive Genie Male Sterile Rice shows sterile and it can breed hybridized seed with male parent when they stay in a certain temperature. However, in anther temperature conditions, they show male sterile and they breed seed with themselves. The conversion temperature that from sterile to male sterile decide the two-line hybrid rice breed seed hazard, so the technology crux of breed seed is how to decide the conversion temperature and screens the photoperiod-sensitive genie mail-sterile rice that leads to the temperature lower. The subject of the paper is the research of the autocontrolling system for water temperature procession system for breeding of Thermo-sensitive Genie Male Sterile Rice. Base on current procession system of water temperature, the main work of this paper as follows: 1. Analysed the thermodynamics principle of the procession system and the pool, and improved the water entrance. 2. Analysed the characteristic of the temperature control system, and designed the temperature Fuzzy controller. 3. Made the whole hardware system with AT89C51 single chip computer and digital sensors and improved the water level control system. 4. Wrote the program of the system with MCS-51 assemble language.5. Tested the system for a month and recorded the temperature data in different atmospheric temperature. The test results indicates that this system works steadily and tallies with the design requires.
