Abstract/Summary:
Three experiments in this article were conducted to reseach the effect of associated effects for ruminant feeds on pH NH3-N [mmol/L-gDM] GP [ml/gDM] and uCP [g Kg -1DM] through chemical analysis methods and short term artificial rumen technique. Trial 1 Analysis the nutritional components of ruminant feed using CNCPS methodsIn this study, seventeen single feeds and nineteen mixted feeds are analyzed for conventional nutrition ingredients (DM, ASH, EE, CP, CF, NFE, ADF and NDF) and CNCPS ingredients (protein components: CP, SCP, NPN, ADIP and NDIP; carbohydrate components: CHO, ADL and starch ). The protein components of feed PA PB1, PB2, PB3 and PC, the carbohydrate components of feed CC CB2, CNSC, CB, and CA are then caculated according to the CNCPS. Trial 2 Influence of associated effects on rumen fermentation in vitro incubationThe objective of this experiment is to reseach the effect of Associated Effects for Ruminant Feeds on pH> NH3-N [mmol/L gDM] and GP [ml/gDM] . In this study, one adult cattle fitted with a perpetual large rumen cannula was used as the donor of rumen fluid. The animal was fed with a mixed concentrate twice daily and had free access to water. The pH, NH3-Nand GP were determined. The results showed that there was a significant regression relationship between the pH value, NH3-N value and GP value calculated by associated effects (x)and those measured by the in vitro incubation technique (y, 24h incubation). Through t tested between x and y, PpH>0.05, it was concluded that pH value wasnot significant associated effects. PNH3-n<0.01, it was concluded that NHrNvalue was significant associated effects. PGp24<0.05, it was concluded that GP value was significant associated effects after incubation 24h. Trial 3 Influence of associated effects on uCP in vitro incubationIn this part of study, the uCP [g Kg-1 DM] were determined with the in vitro incubation technique of Zhao and Lebzien (2000), the animal was the same with trial two. The results showed that there was a significant regression relationship between the uCP value calculated by associated effects (x)and those measured by the in vitro incubation technique(y), Through t tested between x and y, PuCP<0.05, it was concluded that uCP value was significant associated effects. It was found that there is significant regression relationship between uCP and CNCPS components. But the AE value cannot forecast according to CNCPS components.Trial 4 Comparative study of antrone chromametry and enzymatic hydrolysis methods for assay of starchIn this experiment, seventeen feeds are analyzed with antrone chromametry (y) and enzymatic hydrolysis (x) methods for starch contents. The results showed that there was a significant regression relationship between y value and x value: y = 0.97x-0.71 R2 = 0.99 P<0.01 n=l7. But through t tested between x and y, P<0.01, it was concluded that x and y value are significant difference.
