| In order to study the mechanism of the prevention of the Colibacillosis by Chinese traditional medicine, the experiments were designed to culture the intestinal mucosal microvascular cells (IMMVECs) in vitro. .We studied the effects of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and E. Coli heat-liable enterotoxin (LT) on the excretion of Nitrous Oxide (NO) and Endothelin-1 (ET-1) of the IMMVECs, and the effects of the Anemonin on the excretion of the IMMVECs injured by the lipopolysaccharide. The result shows that:1. The IMMVECs of rat were harvested, and IMMVECs line was founded.2. The excretion of NO and ET-1 of the IMMVECs were increased significantly compared with the control by adding lug/ml LPS to the culture medium (P<0.01). This result indicated that the LPS could injure the IMMVECs directly, and the excretion of the NO could be induced by the ET-1, and then the NO'excretion could restrain the excretion of the ET-1.3.The excretion of NO of the IMMVECs was increased significantly by adding 50ug/ml of LT to the culture medium (P<0.01). This result indicated that the IMMVECs could be injured directly by the LT.4.The excretion of the NO of the IMMVECs activated by 1ug/ml LPS showed no significantly difference compared with the control while the 5ug/ml Anemonin was added to the culture medium (P>0.05). This result indicated that the adding of Anemonin could protect the IMMVECs activated by LPS through antagonizing the LPS. |
