| Egg yolk with high immunity is an effective agent which plays an extremely important role to prevent and control infectious diseases by domestic animals and poultries. But it is limited for use because the non-SPF eggs producing it may vertically transmit disease. AE virus and EDS-76 virus were inoculated into yolk and were irradiated using different dosage of 60Coγ, and inactire effect on these two viruses and the effect on yolk antibody were studied, and the final product were examined and clinically tested. The result showed: 1.All the egg-spreading virus were killed with a dosage of 9.2kGy and antibody titre kept the same. 2. Yolk treated with 9.2kGy dosage could be stored for a longer time than the untreated at room temperature of 25℃ and 4℃. while they had no significant differences when stored at -18℃ and -30℃, antibody titre still didnt change and showed good resistance against heat acid and trypsase. 3. 6,OkGy irradiation dosage was needed to kill EDS-76 virus, but AE virus need 9.2 kGy, the D10 value of AE virus is 6.64-7.06kGy , the dosage needed for EDS-76 virus concentration to reduce 90% is 1.03 - 1.05kGy. 4. Yolk treated with 9.2kGy was completely up to the standard of veterinarian biologicals after sterility test, mycoplasmas test, exogenous virus test, COFAL test, safety test and potency test. |
